ICFR North America

ICFR North America began in 1971, with a suggestion from Allen Sawyer, chairman of the RI World Fellowship Activities Committee. In March 1971, ICFR North America took to the road and became official at the Houston RI Convention. Rotarian Levi Dichey of Chino, California, was elected chairman of the new organization, and he soon began publishing a quarterly newsletter to members. The fellowship was soon named the Recreational Vehicle Fellowship (RVFR).

Pre-convention events

The convention features the Presidential Peace Conference (PFP), the Rotaract Pre-Convention Conference, and other special events.
